I recently found out that Amir is not a licensed structural engineer. Amir cost us a lot of money, including the sale of our home, with his misinformation. Luckily we decided to get a second opinion since his two reports he provided contradicted one another. Do yourself a favor and try to find his license. (https://elicense.ohio.gov/oh_verifylicense) The second structural engineer we had come out knew exactly who Amir was once I told him who had previously came out. They've been trying to have him reported to the Dept of Ohio.
