Sloppy workmanship. Unwillingness to discuss a resolution. Did not complete the job. Do not pay this company before the job is done and let my hard lesson be your clarity. Payment in full with only a promise of completion will leave you with no recourse as they will not honor their word or their work leaving you with hiring a more reputable company to repair the damage done.
I gave 1 star because I couldn't give less.
