What we experienced with pinnacle north properties was nothing less than heartbreaking and disgusting. We have been in our home less than a year and the basement plumbing was never finished, uneven flooring, the kitchen tiles are cracking, poor window installation and empty promises to fix these wrongs. They use unlicensed contractors, claiming they are licensed but are not. If they remodeled your soon to be home, RUN.
