Absolutely horrible. Workman ship mediocre at best. Follow up service non existent . Had to replace or have repaired much of the work they did. When I called them for help the first thing out of their mouth was $240. For a service call and they would give an estimate to fix the problem . Use this company at your own risk. Cole

Pinnacle is as bad as it gets for customer service. We too bought a new home and Pinnacle was hired to do the pool. We too have had a bad Salt cell and it has had red lights on it showing that it is not working. Our pool was completed 5 months ago and still no one has even come out to fix it despite numerous calls to them. I haver asked to speak with the owner or GM and they just flat out refuse to put anyone on the phone. Now we moved into our new home and our first water bill was for $2000 because this filtration system is leaking so much. Stay away from Pinnacle!

Absolutely horrible company. We purchased a new construction home, and Pinnacle was the pool company the builder used. We wanted to convert our pool from chlorine to salt. We were forced to use Pinnacle to purchase and install the salt chlorine generator for our pool, or else they would have voided our warranty. We paid $1,700 for the system and installation. The unit is one month old, and we have had problems from the start. Every time Pinnacle sent their tech out to inspect the system, they would tell us there was nothing wrong with it. Despite the fact that we had two other companies come and look at the system, AND confirm the unit was not operating, Pinnacle still insisted there was nothing wrong with the unit. Today, another company came out and called the manufacture of the salt system directly. The manufacture spent an hour on the phone with the tech running diagnostic codes. Not only is the salt cell bad, but the power supply and water flow switch are also bad. The manufacture is replacing the entire unit. Had Pinnacle done their job, this could have been resolved a month ago. Instead, this lazy, horrid company let us sit here for a month with a bad system. Do not use them! They are the absolute worst.

They didn’t install the pool right. Have been contacting customer service to get our problems taken care of and have yet to get into contact with anyone. The pool has been in for a couple months and has been nothing but problems. Installed the wrong equipment and isn’t working properly. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. It looks like we’re going to have to get an attorney involved.
