Manny lied to me on multiple occasions. The work was supposed to be completed on 6/20. We are now more than 2 months padt that date. He was supposed to have a team of professionals. Instead he came with inexperienced family and friends (who he probably was not paying). He never got a building permit for the work he did even though his contract explicitly promises to do so. He installed the cheapest items he could buy on the internet... many of which proved defective. My shower leaks. The trim work is clearly amateur. He took payment for multiple items that were never finished, including a $4000 patio door. In the case of the door, he cashed my check then waited 3 weeks to order the door, only paying for half of it. He then cancelled the order, STEALING my money. This man is a fraud and a liar.
