By Michael D.May 30, 2015Pinter Construction built our home for us$435,000270 daysProud owner of an Andrew Pinter built home
My wife and I are the proud owner's of a custom home built by Andrew Pinter.
When Jasmine and I first met Andrew at Averret Ridge, it amazed me how many of the home owners were willing to walk us through their homes that Andrew had built for them. All of them were so proud to open their homes to us and to speak highly of Andrew and show off his work.
While looking at Andrews homes he featured the materials that he uses and he educated us on the benefits of his building techniques.
Jasmine and I felt extremely comfortable and confident that Andrew Pinter was the right man to build our home.
During the selection process, Andrew was extremely helpful with his guidance and professional advice. He dedicated many hours of his time to ensure that he was addressing and meeting our needs.
Andrew's attention to detail, quality and guidance were incredible. The amount of time and personal attention that Andrew devoted to my wife and I was truly amazing.
We are first time home builders and are blessed to have worked with Andrew.
If you are interested in having a custom home built and have the opportunity to have Andrew Pinter build it for you, do it!

By DennisFebruary 17, 2015Build custom homeYou won't be disappointed
Andrew completed our home in 12/2014. We were new to the area due to a job relocation and could not be happier with the home Andrew built. The quality of the home is top notch and he is meticulous about every phase/part of the building project. He really puts pride into his homes and is not willing to jeopardize his name/product by using inferior materials in order to save a dollar. If you have him build a home the only recommendation that I would have is to keep a reserve budget. This will make it easier as you go through the process of picking out things for "your" home. If you are considering having a home built and would like to talk or get a recommendation, ask Andrew to get you in touch with us. Ask to speak with Dennis/Denae

Andrew recently built an addditonal office for the company I work for. The workmanship was top notch and everything was taken care of in a timely manner. He is always eager to help with any concern that we may have or any project that we are looking to start.
I would recommend Andrew to anyone who is looking to build a home or have any type of construction work done.

I have known Andrew Pinter for decades both personally and professionally as his tax accountant. I can verify his honesty is unquestionable in all of his business dealings. He goes the second mile to build an above average quality home. His attention to detail in construction and his concern for a professional development that enhances living quality and the environment has been demonstrated. You will be very happy working this professional.

Andrew Pinter: A Homeowner’s Best Advocate
After graduating from college, I had the opportunity to work for Mr. Pinter for 2 years until he encouraged me to go off to school to further my education. While working with him, I learned more about the proper way to run a business than I ever did in business school. Mr. Pinter is a first rate builder who painstakingly goes over every detail to ensure a final product deserving of the mark of quality that defines his company. It is no wonder that those families that he has built homes for remain his lasting allies.
As the developer of the Averette Ridge subdivision, Mr. Pinter has done right by the homeowners in the neighborhood by remaining a staunch advocate for them. In a down market, in which many builders and developers struggled, Mr. Pinter refused to compromise the quality of his neighborhood thereby preserving the value that the homeowners had come to expect. While other developers sold out to large national track builders, Mr. Pinter simply would not lower the standards in the neighborhood to accommodate inquiring builders. Rather than relaxing the building requirements in the neighborhood, Mr. Pinter chose to take the path less traveled and stood up for those that had already purchased homes in his neighborhood.
There is no doubt that Mr. Pinter has butted heads with builders that attempted to cut corners in his neighborhood; however, his integrity is unquestionable. Having worked for him, I understand his business model like no other. Clarity and transparency are the hallmarks of his company. As most builders know, it is commonplace for a supplier to accidentally ship too much product to a job site. I have personally had the displeasure of counting each 2x4 delivered to a job site and contacting the supplier to inform them of the surplus they had delivered. I doubt very seriously that there are many other builders that conduct themselves with the level of integrity required by Mr. Pinter.
Finally, as the old adage goes, the proof is in the pudding. Mr. Pinter takes a great deal of pride in his work. Unlike most contractors, Mr. Pinter is on-site daily. He takes a great deal of time to ensure not only that OSHA or other Code requirements are met, but that they are surpassed. While I worked for Mr. Pinter, our most effective selling technique was simply to take potential buyers through a home built by Mr. Pinter in previous subdivisions. Not only did this enable buyers to see how Mr. Pinter’s homes held up after years of use; the buyers could also appreciate the fact that previous buyers are more than happy to show off their home. The highest marks of quality are the lasting relationships Mr. Pinter maintains with his previous buyers.
When choosing a contractor to build your home, obviously many factors come into play. If you value transparency, hands on participation, and numerous updates, Andrew Pinter will deliver. Perhaps the only drawback is the volume of options and choices Mr. Pinter asks his homebuyers to make, but then again, wouldn’t you want to pick what goes in your home?

I'm not sure what capacity the previous reviewer worked with Andrew Pinter, but clearly he didn't have his house built by Andrew or visit the correct job sites. We had our house built by Andrew and Pinter Construction and experienced the complete opposite of what the other reviewer experienced. Clearly they didn't want to leave their name which is usually a bad sign on reviews.
Andrew Pinter is a man of character who strives for excellence in all he does, easily setting himself apart from the rest. Don’t be fooled by national builders' claims of a “custom home”. With Andrew Pinter and Pinter Construction, you get a QUALITY home that is truly custom. YOU can decide what goes into your home. When you need help, Andrew is always there to offer his expert advice. Experience, integrity, transparency, and excellence...that’s what you get when you choose Andrew. Choose him - you'll be glad you did!
I've seen the houses going up around us built by other builders, they are no match to the quality Andrew puts into his houses.

Andrew built us our custom home, which is approximately 4000sqft. We could not be happier with it! I have been in real estate for more than a decade and Pinter Construction is the only builder we would use for our personal home. His quality is top notch. His attention to detail and knowledge is superior and he truly delivers what he promises. I enjoyed the building process very much and if we build again in the future, he is the only builder I am calling.

If you want a high-quality custom built home, Pinter Construction should be at the top of your list. A Pinter Construction custom home means you find/design the floor plan and you pick everything from the foundation brick to the wood used for the fireplace mantel. We were not given a limited number of choices to select from; it was our vision of our dream home and Andrew would always reiterate that this was our home and our design and he could do anything we wanted.
Andrew is very selective in who he uses as contractors, all of which delivered quality services! He is a hands-on builder, from being at the build site daily and having daily conversations with us, and did not make any decisions without our agreement. Andrew commits to the design, timeline, and cost of the project at contract signing. Any changes are processed through change orders which makes every change a conscience decision, we had to agree to any changes in the timeline and cost.
Andrew is very proud of his work and stands by it. He is always checking to see if we have any issues! Andrew Pinter delivered a high-quality home on time and on budget!! We are proud to say that we have a home built by Andrew Pinter.
