    Build a new nursing home facility

    Do not deal with Geoffrey Evancic. He claimed that he is the COO and Vice President of some sort for this company. Although we never dealt with Pioneer Construction,. this review is about Mr. Evancic professional character from his previous company Whipple construction and not Pioneer. Although base on the reviews for this new company of him, its seem that the pattern is continue.
    We contracted with Mr. Evancic company Whipple Construction to build our facility in Worcester and he left us hang up and dry and scams us for more than 1.5M in money we paid him for the subs which he never paid.
    There was never ending stories and lie one after another.
    We end up paying this amount back to subs 1.6M of money that we paid him. We forced him into involuntary bankruptcy which is all public records. I am surprise that the state allowed such individual to run a construction company as we are not the only entity he does this scams.
