Pioneer Construction did an installation of a backflow device financed by the City. This property is a rental, so after I first met with them to go over the scope of work, they then communicated any further need with my tenant. They finished the work, took awhile to get to my property as they were doing a lot of these installations, but everything was completed and they filed the necessary paperwork. So all in all, ok.
