Terrible experience. They installed 18 Jen Windows in my house. I paid him $4,500.00 and he has steadfastly refused to give me the invoice for the windows. I need it for a possible tax write off. He was paid in full and promised to send the receipt for the windows but never did. I have asked him repeatedly by phone and email. I have also sent him a letter. One would think he doesn't want me to know just how much he charged me on the labor. He also did work that I didn't authorize which I went ahead and paid because he was doing the property management for me and I live out of state. Make sure you get in writing the exact breakdown of EVERYTHING. Be very wary.
