Terrible experience with Pioneer Restoration. Project started on 5/20/2021 and still not finished. Damage was done to the outside of our house, along with new roof not replaced properly. Damage over $3500.00 was also done to the inside of our home. Representatives (Pete) of the company were made aware of damages on 5/20/2021 and we met again on 5/22/2021. Since that time constant excuses of not making it to the house to fix everything. Now they are asking us to fix items and they won't charge us for original costs.

Don't use this roofing company. They were dispatched through my home warranty. They "fixed" the roof but it started leaking in the same spot even worse. Tried to contact them. They gave me the run around for months. Would make appointments and not show up multiple times. Finally came out and checked it and told me it was leaves backed up. Water was literally pouring through the sheetrock! Then they stopped responding to my texts. Very unreliable.
