    Difficult. Window was moved at contractor desire- ruined view from South wall. House has floors that creak and panels for roof seem parted by wind. Do not recommend

    I am very happy with the home Chris at Piontek construction has built me. The things I liked most about my building experience with him: 1. He does most of the work himself hiring out only the electrical and plumbing (he has been using the same electrical/plumbing people for years), reducing the number of subs keeps things on schedule, costs down and control on quality up. 2. He was very easy to work with. I made numerous small changes along the way throughout the build; Chris took the changes in stride and didn’t charge me for ANY of the change orders along the way. 3. He welcomed unannounced visits from me. I would pop in after work to see how things were going and Chris would always make the time to fill me in on the progress. 4. The house was finished on time AND on budget. I didn’t have to pay a penny more than I was quoted and no corners were cut to meet those numbers. 5. Chris communicated very clearly and delivered on every promise. I have heard many horror stories about the building process, some people telling me they couldn’t handle the hassles, games, and headaches and would never build again. This is the first house I have build and have had the complete opposite experience, no anxiety, no headaches, and no rollercoaster’s. I can honestly say this was a very pleasurable experience. I have lived in the house for two trouble free years and wouldn’t hesitate to call on Chris to build my next home.

    Chris did a great job building my new concrete house. He completely the project quickly and under budget! My home was tested and certified by Mn Power as a Triple e Tier I house and my energy bills show it!!
