We just called upon Shane and Kevin to fix some toilet problems in our home. They could not have been more reliable and efficient. We thought we would have to replace the toilet in our son's room but after much work, they were able to clear it and keep the existing fixture. We were grateful to not have to spend that extra money. I have to believe that most other plumbers would have just said let's replace it. I was impressed with their efforts. They had to do a lot of work to replace the master toilet. They spent a lot of time here and worked very hard. The first toilet came in the wrong color and Shane quickly addressed that even before we saw that it wasn't right. They spent a lot of time here so I was worried what would happen when the invoice arrived. I just opened the email and was pleasantly surprised. I feel that we were very fairly charged for the work that this company did. We have had nothing but great experiences with Shane, Kevin and Dana. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

By Dana H.April 25, 20185 installations-garbage disposal, water filter, 2 bathroom taps, toilet$1,500
I have been trying for several weeks now to get an itemized receipt for work I had done early last month. Kevin performed 5 installations, and that was OK, though he did have to come back to fix 2 leaks. I've contacted Dana 5 times asking that she e-mail a detailed statement for the over $1,500 I spent on this work. I finally sent her a self-addressed stamped envelope, and I STILL don't have my itemized invoice. She doesn't return my calls. Everyone has the right to a receipt for their money spent, and I think it's very odd that I can't get one, and can't get a return phone call. I'm done playing nice-my next call is to the Contractor's Board.

Shane is very personable, clean and arrives when he says he is. Both myself and my mom have used him and couldn't be more pleased with his work and his work ethics. He's a hard worker and I have already told my friends that if they ever need a plumber I have a great guy!

This guy, SHANE is a punk, bully idiot who has Not got the common sense Not to blow the horn that is tied to the alarm, every time he goes in or out of the toolbody or
cab of the service truck, especially in a 106-unit townhouse complex where it
amplifies and echoes because it's all concrete, stucco and cement and disturbs hundreds of people, besides the fact that there is no need to use the alarm considering this place is very safe and quiet, hardly any people or cars to be seen.
Then, when he is called on it he has the gall to say not to listen to it and not to
call and waste his time, then hangs up, and more of the same with the second call.
Then the idiot blasts horns continuously as he drives the circle out of the complex.
Then about one hour later the "office manager" calls back and it's more of the same
stupid justification about "safety" in the current economic climate and accusations
of threats on my part and then threats to call the authorities, insinuating that they recorded the conversations (illegal without permission) and then hangs-up.
Both times I suggested to disconnect the horn from the alarm actuation they said they could not do that. More ignorance and stupidity !!
I guess business must be good to feel they can treat people this way.

PipeTech did a fantastic job replacing my water heater. They put down floor protection, wiped their feet as they went in and out and left everything clean. I recommend them 100%
