If I could rate this "plumbing" company a -10 [minus!] I would! They did a terrible job repairing a simple pvc pipe connected to my outdoor spigot. A 3 year old could have fixed it properly, instead this company after two months of me trying to contact them said their repair was by "code". I wonder what "code" they are talking about when they ruined my outdoor pvc connections and left my spigot pointing to the sky! Yes, they did not place the water spigot horizontally (proper direction), instead they left it pointing to the sky! Stay away from this company unless you want to waste $500 for something completely unacceptable! The technician said he did not have the right parts - why did he even start in the first place! He should have waiting until he had the "right" parts. Unbelievable!

that she would call the technician ASAP and get back to me within the hour. I never heard from them. I continued to leave messages for them on 9/9/2020 and two on 9/10/2020 with no response.
They requested cash upon the service call, but I usually pay through my warranty company. I am glad I do because based on the other reviews, it seems like they cannot be trusted.

Bryan is very thorough and lets us know clearly and in detail what should be done and recommendations assessing the situation. Honest and explains in detail. We have worked w/ him a couple of times and will continue with this company more often than not. The are 100% recommended.

Unbelievable!! Unprofessional and unreliable. I’ve been working with them over a month to get plumbing fixed. They do not follow through on commitments. They are late to service calls. They want you to pay before the complete work. They won’t schedule you unless you pay upfront. I told them I would pay upon completion of work because they had been unreliable and I feel that I would be out of money and they wouldn’t show up to do work for weeks. The only reason I’m involved with them is because they’re contracted with First American. They are the worse plumbing company I’ve dealt with through this home warranty company. Consumers beware!!!!
