Pipeline Contracting

Pipeline Contracting is the place to contact for your home improvement and commercial services! From the initial contact and design with Claudia, to project management with the owner Ted and excellent work by his crew Patrick, Bryan, and Brian everything was done to please us! They were a joy to work with and coordinated with Classic stone, RYT plumbing and Gilbert Electrical subs to complete all work on schedule. We had walls painted, the kitchen island upgraded and painted, new granite counters and backsplash, new sink/faucet, new gas cooktop, repairs to entry doors and outside hardscape, and custom cabinets installed in the laundry room. We highly recommend Pipeline Contracting!

Mr. Rhoads of PipeLine Contracting, LLC, did an excellent job in repairing a water leak from our roof gutters into our MBR ceiling where water would exit through a recessed light. He found the source of the leak, cut and repaired a small section of the ceiling, prepped and painted the ceiling perfectly. The prepping took a couple of days to allow for drying. Mr.Rhoads was professional throughout the entire process, met all schedules, cleaned up afterwards, checked after the first heavy rainfall to insure we were happy with his work. The price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend him. There is no doubt that I will use his services again!!

Ted Rhoads, President of Pipeline Contracting, LLC did a fantastic job in our condo in Ocean City, MD. We called Mr. Rhoads to do a TV mount in a building with metal studs. This required opening the wall to create a frame of wood studs on which to attach the mount. The wall then had to be closed with drywall, spackled and sanded to a paintable finish. The work was impeccable and he was a neat worker, leaving little dust or debris while working, which is difficult to find! It is also important for me to mention that we had a time issue and Mr. Rhoads reorganized his weekend to accommodate our situation. He said that he would be at our place at 8:30 am the next day and he was there ready to start at 8:20 am - another impossible trait to find in most contractors! We would highly recommend Ted Rhoads and Pipeline Contracting for all of their services and we will definitely use Pipeline Contracting again!

Ted was very professional, kept us well informed of the current status and had all of the impacted areas clean during and after the project. I will use him in the future and would recommend him to anyone else needing services like his.

Mr. Rhoads, President of Pipeline Contracting, did a remarkable job in my condominium. He took my dryer apart and found debris in the hose which could have caused a fire. Then he cleaned out the area thoroughly, thus allowing the free flow of lint from the dryer. I was so grateful for this service. Mr. Rhoads was very courteous and charged me the exact amount of his proposal. In addition, he was dependable and showed up on time. After he completed the work, he cleaned up my area and left it spotless. I intend to use Mr. Rhoads again for any improvements to my unit.
