After almost two years of dealing with various contractors in remodeling a 2 bedroom condo in Florida and unable to get the job to the finish line with Final Permits PASSED, I concluded that INTEGRITY is the characteristic that all contractors lacked and INTEGRITY is exactly what I found in Steve from Piranha Construction.
I would like to share this far and wide. Regardless of the size or cost of the project, if the Contractor lacks integrity, the Customer will be left with a myriad of problems, stress and financial loss. Integrity is not a skill, it is a personality characteristic, and one either has it or not. Piranha Construction has demonstrated and proven that their integrity is the foundational key to their success. Thank you Steve for ending our two year nightmare.
