The flooring itself is beautiful but the professionalism of the installers is beyond sub- par. Down-right hackers. Owner is not of his word. Claimed the job would be done in a day and a half. It is now on day five. STILL not completed. Did not order enough flooring, worker came with no tools, and installer asked my husband to do HIS job of cutting and installing baseboard. No joke. When it came to any detail work, the lack of experience showed in the work. Cutting too wide around edges, never cleaned up when done and could not put to corners together of the baseboard because did not know how to or was TOO LAZY to.Waiting for the installer to come now on day 5 to attempt to fix the botched job from the previous installer and is over an hour late. NEVER AGAIN will we use this company nor will we ever recommend to friends or family. Poor professional character of the owner and his employees. We give it less than one star which is, in our opinion, more than generous.
