I would most assuredly recommend Pivotal Restoration. In mid June I had major water damage in my Townhouse. The second, main and garage levels were soaked. Rob Knight was on the job that evening to start mitigation. I was out of state visiting my family and was sure I would have to cut my visit short based on my many past experiences with contractors. Rob kept me informed every step of the way. His communication skills are amazing. Reconstruction started as soon as things were dried out. The work was done incredibly efficiently and I was able to stay with my family. That was the the best part of this disaster and I can only thank Rob for that. I certainly will recommend him to anyone without hesitation. Things were done in a timely manner and he was very professional.

Last summer our toilet flooded in the middle of the night and destroyed our downstairs. This was the first time our family went through something like this and to be honest, it was very heartbreaking and scary. Once I got in touch with our insurance carrier, they provided us with two restoration companies. I naturally contacted the first company as they are a well-known business in this area for water remediation. This company advised that they could not get to our home for 3-4 days and I am so thankful that was their response because it pushed me to contact Pivotal Restoration, who ended up being HEAVEN SENT.
Not only did Pivotal Restoration arrive THAT DAY, but the representative, Mr. Bell, arrived with such care and concern. He handled the water mitigation process so well and this prevented secondary damage for sure. We ended up using Pivotal for the home repairs, mainly due to Mr. Bell’s professionalism and integrity. I have heard horror stories about home repairs/remodeling, so I was a bit nervous. However, I can confidentially say that this was not our experience whatsoever. Mr. Bell communicated with us almost every day during this process and carried us through from beginning to end with such grace and honest effort. The repairs were immaculate, and we truly enjoy our home now more than ever. Who would have thought!
Thank you Pivotal, the honesty and hard work that was put in has been extremely appreciated. Y’all were truly heaven sent and we are very grateful.
