Overall disappointment in the service and quality of work - would not recommend.
First met Steve in June 2020 and hired him based on trust/experience. He assured us Pivott had a full team that would work 6-days a week. There was not one full week of work they completed and a different parade of subcontractors most days. They left our backyard and job site looking like a dump filled with trash, debris, supplies, and tools. Subcontractors needed constant management/direction (many issues occurred due to language barrier) and we were left trying to check-in with Steve and Mark several times a day. Pivott missed every deadline they provided and ultimately left the job incomplete after failing a final inspection.
The worst part is that they damaged every singe room in our existing home - most they communicated as "punch list" items that were never resolved. Avoid Pivott construction and save yourself months (in our case a year) of headaches.
