    Front porch screen enclosure
    $8,000

    Poor communications, claimed I was delaying his employees, very slow to get started (over 6 months), shoddy workmanship (if you call this a roof, it would not leak as much). On top of it all filed a lien against my property, I withheld $1,000 till all the issues were cleared, he refuses. I have video proof of the leaks and floor issues.

    P&J Construction did a fine job for us. We had gutters, a screened front entry and a new screened lanai with electrical outlets installed. I did not want to coordinate all the contractors and get estimates from each one and then coordinate the actual work. P&J construction gave us a competitive bid for all the pieces and then performed all the work in a professional manner. I recommend them.
