and we could not be happier!!! I could go on for hours. Very professional and high
quality workmanship!! In a world where it is hard to find quality workers these guys rule!!

Did not quote everything needed.,this contractor did,not seem,to know how to handle water damage,amd did notnquote everything.

New stairs to the deck along with new rail. Fix small leak in roof. Work crew did a great job and made sure we understood any changes that had to be made or fixed.

Phil and his team have been helping me prepare a home I wish to sell. They have done excellent work both inside and outside, as well as a separate garage. Quality is excellent. We have used Phil and his company since 1999. He has performed so many jobs for us over the years, I can't list them all. So here are the highlights:

1. Repointed the bricks on a chimney that was on a house we were selling. Saved me big time!
2. Completely remodeled a bathroom - new shower/tub, vanity, sinks, toilet etc
3. Modified an outdoor garage and installed two horse stalls.
4. Ran cabling throughout our house (I'm a computer guy) and wired an outlet so I could run multiple servers in our basement.
5. Fixed various plumbing issues we have had.

Phil and his crew are reasonably priced, prompt and they clean up after themselves. Never a nail or screw left behind. Phil is a perfectionist and here is what else is good about him - he will tell you if he doesn't think he can do the job 100%. We begged him to put in new windows and he told us that he wished he could but we'd be better off getting a company that does that. He was afraid he wouldn't do it to perfection as he does all his other jobs. 18 windows would've make him a lot of money. Instead we paid some window company 3 times what we probably would've paid Phil.

I am self-employed. I know what it's like to turn down work when you could make some decent money. It's hard.... but that's what an honest person will do. So I will conclude by saying you will not find a more honest, reliable and hard-working group. When we have a problem, we call Phil!

Phil has proven to be a reliable, extremely professional and friendly contactor that hires those same traits in the crew that works for him. The quality of work is superior, the attention to detail and the attention to the needs of the Customer are far beyond any other experiences we've had since moving to the area.
