    Bathroom Leak

    I had a service call 11/6/2018 your tech called and was on time ...
    But that was it ... He arrived I showed him your the bathroom was located ..
    He put his metal holder on my wood bedroom dresser ... He did not
    introduce himself even as I write this I do not know his name ... He did his thing ran the water a few times touched the tubing .. Kindly reached over
    and helped himself to paper towel no permission ... Got up no verbal
    communication ... Started filling out his invoice and told me to sign !!!!!
    I asked what was wrong ??? He spoke about a some kind of pipe .. I asked
    him to explain it to me in a way I can understand ... He replied it was loose ...
    He said something like the p pipe I think that is what he said ... I sign he
    walked towards the door I thanked him no replied he walked out and that was that ... And to make a note he did received 2 phone calls I can see at first a look of being bothered and with the second call the body language was like
    I told you that is where I put whatever they were asking for ... My invoice # is 40218 ... He needs some customer service training ... I myself work with the public all day every day ... And this plumber lacks a lot of just common
    interaction when coming into someones home for a service ... Being silent is not the answer especially when I was looking as to the why I had a leak ...
