  If you're a fan of contractors who ghost on you then this is the company for you. They came out for an estimate and because I wouldn't do the whole job they ghosted me. NOT RECOMMENDED! Why would you want to do business with people who treat their customers like garbage. At least provide a response or explanation.

  Full Office Renovation

  $440,000

  We worked with Scott and Dave on a Medical Office renovation in Wayne NJ. It was a pretty complex project with about 3500 sq ft of space and it was a complete gut renovation. The project moved along well and the management of PK was on the ball and on top of everything that cropped up. In 3 1/2 months we were done and had passed all our inspections and gotten our CO. Dave, Artie and Dan made sure that everything was ADA accessible and all our life safety issues were resolved. In the end it was a beautiful commercial build out and we came in slightly under budget which was terrific since we have all heard of horror stories with change orders. - Dr. M & Staff

  He did not fulfill his contract. after repeated calls to his office & cell phone for well over a year, at the very least, he finally responded to tell me that it was too late, that the work had been done 2 years ago, which is why he probably did not answer/return my many phone calls,( in reality he was paid 11/7/2014 in full). I had no way of knowing that he did not apply aluminum coating on the new roof, as per contract. I am too old and could not climb a ladder to inspect, if I wanted to, nor was it my responsibility. He knew my husband was very ill, and subsequently passed away and I am a senior citizen trying to do the best I can. Also, part of his contract was a $580.00 charge to clean up, insurance, supervision, coordination INSPECTIONS, overhead and profit." There were many phone conversations with his secretary regarding Bob Young coming back to tape spackle and paint bedroom that was damaged from leak, before they took roof down. Mr. Young went out on disability and ultimately left PK's employment. They will probably deny the agreement to repair the damage in the bedroom and since it was verbal I can't hold them to it. But, at the very least they should finish the roof and install the aluminum coating. The time frame from the contract is irrelevant as the work was just not completed. I also do not have anything in writing as to length of warranty, which I'm sure you can understand troubles me, as my trust is gone. If there is anything that can be done to help me, I would greatly appreciate it.
