This is an honest review of how terrible it was to work with Perry Mayorga of PKM Builders. It was hell working with him due to his total lack of work ethics and compassion and discovering that he had an expired license. The emotional stress we suffered due to the disastrous roof repairs causing leaks in our house and prolonged delays that have caused or worsened the health of our household to live in a substandard living condition for at least 2.5 months; the pattern of excessive absences, continuous dismissals, and broken promises to get the repairs done and the shoddy work. We don't want others to experience the same ordeal we did and he needs to listen to his customers whether he likes it or not. We wanted to talk it over with him, but he gets very defensive. We ended up with a contractor who knew our son and nephew and gave him a glowing recommendation that he was respected in his community. The honest truth is he is horrible and he did not complete the repairs, leaving the mess and debris and went MIA! The worst part is we have made advanced payment of $45,000.00 that he has taken and ran away with. Working with Perry Mayorga has been a huge learning experience that caused our family a tremendous deal of insurmountable stress, poor health conditions for our elderly parents and a strain on our marriage. We hope and pray that he will not victimize other people again.
