They will rip you off!!
Absolutely disastrous team with no responsibility, no common sense, no accountability, promise more and deliver way too less.
They use very crappy sub cons and charge premium pricing. They said they will give everything in move in ready state. But leave everything with issues and try to charge more and more later.
First thing timelines - They said to complete in 16 weeks and they took 30+ weeks.
Electric - They charged more than $50K for basic electric work. They don't know how to even connect light switches. They connected all kitchen and dining area light together with one switch. They didn't even give enough power plugs in office space and kitchen. They want to charge more to have separate switches for kitchen and dining area now.
Plumbing- It is a disaster. Their plumber failed inspection 3-4 times for vey basic sink addition and one floor drain. And charged $12k. And hot water stopped to the sink within 2 months. There was another drama to fix new water heater. They came to fix one sink and messed up another sink as well.
Tiles - Even a DIY beginner can do a better job of tiles than them. They couldn't even do a 5 row of subway tiles straight. Don't even know how to cut the tiles.
Floors - Idk how they kitchen pros when they can't give kitchen standard floors.
