    Flooring, removing wallpaper and painting

    We had a flood due to a water hose break which caused damage throughout our home. I called PL Builders and met with Preston. He explained the entire process and answered all of my questions with honesty and integrity. Preston and his crew are very professional, respectful, honest and thorough in the job they do. I am so pleased with the finished work which included flooring, removing wallpaper and painting. It was a tough few months because of the amount of water damage to our home however with PL Builders, they made the process go smoothly. I now have a contractor I can call and recommend to family and friends when needed. Highly recommended!

    Preston Lample -PL Builders
    Interviewed 6 contractors before hiring the 6th--Preston. He was one who showed up on time, gave a timely estimate of how long the job would take, and beat that time frame. He worked on our renovation and provided the necessary insurance and bond information along with his contract submission. Extremely professional and knowledgable. We've had very negative experiences with a past contractor, and Preston has restored my belief that there are honest and trustworthy individuals in the construction business. Brilliantly done! Brad

    PL Builders did an excellent job installing granite counters, painting and new sink and faucets and tile repairs. Preston was very timely, reliable and open with cost effective suggestions. He also performed other repairs and adjustments in our home at no cost since it only took a little of his time while he was here. He provides very timely estimates. He is honest and instills confidence with his clients. I highly recommend PL Builders.

    Was referred by a friend who highly recommended him and now I am highly recommending him myself! Preston not only got the job done quick but was very professional in the whole process. Demonstrated allot of integrity and honesty. I have already used him on a few projects on my home and will definitely be using him again.

    Preston Lample Builders

    I've had horrible experience in the past with contractors. I've recently hired this company to do some work on my house I just purchased. I was opening up some walls and remodeling the kitchen and bathroom. I have to say Preston is very knowledgeable and honest. He took his time to explain the process and showed me exactly where the problem areas were. He always answered my calls and showed up on time with his crew. Preston saved me thousands by showing me that my kitchen didnt need new cabinets to look better. He was able to somehow spray my light oak cabinets too a dark mahogany and it still had the real wood grains showing. All for not even a fraction of the cost of new cabinets! I'm very please with the out come and will refer him too all my friends and family.
