  fix AC

  Our AC went out the last week of April and had maintenance come out and thought the fixed it few days later it went out again so called them out again the maintenance said they fixed the AC when a few days later would go out. So the last time we called them about the AC maintenance came out again looked at it and just left did try fixing it, we didn’t have our AC finally fixed till the last of June and we had to ship our 2 kids off to their grandparents because it was to hot in the house we also have pets. So I get a email from the management company asking where is the rent for July I said you really think I’m paying you rent when we had to pay to fly our kids to another state and we bought a windo unit and 4-5 fans just to cool off one room in the house. She tells me well then we are going to evict you because AC is not part of your rental agreement I said really that’s weird because the owner had to pay to fix the AC so if it wasn’t part of the rental agreement then why did he pay for it to be fixated. Hasn’t responded yet

  This company is not very professional. They approved me for a home on one day, after I had started making arrangements to transfer services and hire movers, they TEXTED me to tell me that I had been denied. The reason...good question!!! The agent I spoke with acted as if she had no idea what was going on, no knowledge of the home or the business. I called her, then she advised I was denied because of an eviction...NEVER BEEN EVICTED FROM A PROPERTY IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! An epic waste of my time, and added stress to boot!!
