  I purchased a townhouse from them in 2019 , the vinyl floors look like Minecraft planks . The workmanship that was done by Kirkland Flooring of Evans GA is poor . Kirkland did not replace my flooring and they ignored my calls until the warranty had expired. Buyer beware when purchasing a PlanDwell Home , my roof leaked for 19 months because the dryer vent in the roof wasn’t sealed . I had to get an independent contractor to find the leak because their subcontractors couldn’t, the leak has been r”repaired ; the dry wall and painting is scheduled but not completed . Kirkland came to my house with two men( Brandon /products and Matt/VP sales and so did PlanDwell Home builders ( Joseph/VP and Aubrey/ quality control to tell me that my floor was fine and that they could replace a few vinyl planks which is not going to fix the issue at all .Joseph did the walk through and was very aware of the problem with the flooring , I told him then that the floor was defective . He said that it just needed to settle because it was on concrete . Joseph told me today 1NOV 21 that the warranty had expired . I put in the order 6 months before the warranty expired 5 Mar 20 . I refused their insane offer to replace some vinyl planks because it would be like putting a bandaid on a hose . After awhile the problem would show up again . I am almost seventy years old and a woman . Joseph and Brandon were the only ones that were supposed to be at my home per the email that Joseph R. Vice President of PlanDwell sent me . I was intimidated by these four men . Why did four men need to come to see one little old lady ? Get a good inspection, go over everything with precision because once they get your money it’s going to be a battle to get any thing done .

  Things that were wrong that I made them fix
  1. Furnace didn’t work
  2. Microwave didn’t work
  3. AC unit was banged up
  4. The shed door was dented
  5. The internet connection was installed wrong
  6. The front porch flooded
  7. The door knobs were bent
  8. The bath tubs were scratched
  9. The locks were defective
  10. The garage door was dented
  11. The carpet had tacks sticking through
  12. The windows didn’t have screens
  13. The concrete sidewalk and driveway were cracked

  Things that are still wrong
  1. The back gate doesn’t open fully
  2. The granite seam is uneven and dented
  3. The vinyl plank flooring is warped and grainy
  4. The trim in upstairs bathroom is busted
  5. The dry wall in the stairwell is buckled
  6.The paint job is poor
  7. The trim is painted several shades of gray
