Planet Roofing did a great job from start to finish. John the owner is very involved and very accessible. His crews are great, very respectful to us and our property. His crews can work with great speed and they also know when extra time is needed to make sure everything is done to code and looks great. My experience with planet roofing was at the beginning good and at the end bad . I guess metal roof are new and they don’t have a practical way of doing it yet but with my roof the canals were uneven to the point you can see them from the street the finishing on the eve in the entry way looks awe full and took forever to finish , they ran out of material and inspection failed twice . Co owner John don’t care to make thins right and information from front office was nil unless you were the one calling

planet roofing was recommended to me by a neighbor who used them for a new tile roof...they said john,the company owner was very professional and responsive to their needs..i found them to be very detailed in taking me through each step of my metal roofing project including getting permits and updates. i have already referred them to a family member who had a serious leak. they put a temporary tarp on the roof to prevent water damage..and completed the fix within 3 days of contacting them...i also found their pricing to be competitive.

Very bad experience with this company, i wonder how they are still in business. Every thing from the day we signed the contract until the roof was done it took six month and it would've take a longer time if it wasn't for me and my wife kept calling several times every day without no respond and when they answer after a week or more they answer with a text message telling us a bunch of lies and keep promising things that never happened. They broke the concrete and the tiles on our driveway and entrance and refused to fix it , every time they come to our house they leave there garbage from cigarette butts to empty cans of beer and bottles and cans they peed in it on our roof and around the house , beside the old roof material from wood to tar sheets and hundreds of nails etc. all around the house and over our roof , even the city code enforcement asked us several times and gave us warnings to remove the debris around the house that stayed for weeks . I can keep talking about our passed experience with company on and on . If you are looking to repair or replace your roof make sure you are not going to through what we went through.
