    We have had plans and engineering delays from the start and the subcontractors are either on a different job or show up with a skeleton crew. Plus we had our superintendent replaced, slowing progress. Our promised schedule will not be made and we are forced to make arrangements until the house is finished. It seems their sales team,although sincere and diligent, have made promises the building team cannot live up to.

    Had a wonderful experience from start to finish! They listened to our wants & needs during design & kept us in check with our budget. They provided us with pictures & continual contact during the build (we were not local). They built us our dream home & continue (even 9 years after completion) to be available for questions, concerns & recommendations! Thank you Dave, Kyle, Daniel & team. We are forever grateful!

    Home build

    PBC by far is the best builder we could have picked for building our home. Salesman, Kevin Hine, was superb and crafted out design changes with the architect. We met with super assigned to our home each week and we were kept up to date on the whole build. We worked with Kyle Henry and Daniel Spann with any issues that we had. Anytime I called about any warranty issues, their subcontractors were there that day or the next. We definitely would use PBC again if we were to build another home.

    House construction

    I do not recommend this company for its terrible customer service. They look good from the outside and first meetings but after contract is signed, everything is different. Quality is decent but it is the lack of professionalism and customer care that makes me not recommend this company. They claim to be "custom builders" but are not customer oriented in any way. From sales to owner, to project manager to design, terrible customer service and so many errors. My house was "ready" and "delivered" with more than 130 items on a punch list which is absurd for a new home. Now it's a different battle with the warranty.
