We had been working with this company for some time. Four months ago we agreed on a project, signed a contract and issued a deposit for the work that was to have started in April. After calling the owner several times to check on the timeline I was put off with no real date given. We were finally contacted to say that he was backing out of the contract as he took a more lucrative job. This was extremely disappointing as we had expected as a professional that the owner would keep with his commitment. Although he was nice enough to deal with in the final analysis his failure to deliver on his promise says more about him than any nicety. Needless to say, we are very dissatisfied with this company.
