Use at you’re own risk. Used them for an addition and renovation. Told us their bid was lower because they “weren’t trying to get rich and wanted a great reference to show people”. Complete disaster from the start. GC was never on the job and allowed the subs to hold up work. Found out the sub they hired wasn’t even doing job and they didn’t even know. After 5 months of a lot of lies, we had to fire them because there was no way for them to finish the job anywhere near the price they quoted us despite telling us to the bitter end they know they can finish in budget. Our house currently sits unfinished with a price tag to finish way more then anyone can afford. Currently exploring legal options to prevent this from happening to anyone else down the road. Selected “overran budget” from 4 options but everyone one of them apply to this job. Finding a lot of mistakes and cut corners while the schedule is well over as well as budget.

I hired Platinum Design Corp. to remodel a few bathrooms and build a new one - break walls, build closets. They did an outstanding job, and were professional. Job got finished right on the timeline they said, and both my husband and I were very pleased with the outcome of our project. Highly recommend them.

We hired Platinums Design to put a new bathroom in our finished basement, within an existing laundry room. They told us the job would take about 3 weeks. We are currently in the fifth month and the job is still not complete. Platinum Design had unlicensed and uninsured plumbers, electricians and contractors do the work on our home that continually failed inspections. They did not manage the job at alll, but left everything in the hands of an unlicensed subcontractor. They made countless mistakes that we are still dealing with and are now paying another company to fix. They will lie to your face, take your money and will not deliver on their promises. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else.
