Painted my home. Chimney had a 2-3 hair line cracks. He plastered entire lower part of chimney (which was not needed). Two days later bubbles popped up and plaster and paint fell off in chunks. Called him and it took 3 weeks for him to come out, only for him to say it was leaks behind the chimney. He refused to fix it unless I paid him for it. The problem was that he plastered over the old paint did not let the plaster "set"and did not seal it. It will cost me over $700.00 to fix it properly (it must all be removed). I would not let this Francisco Lopez walk my dog. He refused to say it was his fault or that he would fix it.
