  pool pump doesn't work

  Unprofessional and unresponsive? My pool pump wasn't working and American shield warranty company sent out Platinum Pool care to repair the pump. The tech unplugged it from the control center and said he will get back to me after talking to the warranty company. The warranty company called an said it wasn't covered because they said it was the control system? So I called Platinum Pool and asked them to give me a price to repair it.
  They do not answer there phones. They texted twice and said they will get me a price but never did. Now I have to pay another contractor to come out and look at the same thing? I think they scam with American home Shield not to pay claims. BEWARE!!!

  Do NOT use these guys. I should say THIS guy. Paul Michaelis he's ther owner as ssf on my worker. He and he wife Holly have a two person corporation thaws a scam with American Home Shield. He fixed my spa and after 26 days it started to give the same error code. After lying to AHS that I refused yo return their calls. They finally came out and now the diagnoses for ther Dane error code was..... wait for it...
  MY FAULT! Somehow it's now lack of "routine maintenance" caused my mother board to malfunction, what liars!! Then ther boards they installed whe installed incorrectly, they were just hanging by wires. And now it's caught fire and ruined. Poor people they don't even know a lawsuit is coming. Ps. You can't hide behind a P.O. Box when people have friends at SDGE who have your real address. See ya in court John stuart Carlsbad

  Hi John S. Please find me on social media. I'll join your suit. It may be a small claim at this point but, I'd love to make their lives as big of a pain in the arse as they made mind.
  We have first american home warranty and they also required us to us Platinum Pool Care. (They literally MADE me have them come out when I had video, pictures and a quote from my own pool company). My pump/motor was dead and this guy looked at me in the face, said yeah it's dead but the warranty company may want to try and fix the bearings. Next thing you know the claim was denied. When I asked what was written in Platinum's write up, I was told that my pump/motor was working! (Funny, my pool certainly wasn't getting clean and the amount of chlorine used tripled)!
  Fast forward to not dealing with either company, I'm $600 out of pocket on something that was CLEARLY covered by my home warranty. Lovely.
  Thanks for that Platinum. All you had to do was submit the truth, take your $75 and be done with it. If I could've give you 0 stars I would have. Can't wait to find out your new business name and who you're screwing over now.
