Tom gave me a bid that seemed reasonable, so I hired him. It has been 3 years since the job was completed and the house looks like it had never been painted. The paint is peeling, the coverage is uneven and the prep work as outlined in the contract, was not completed properly. I would never hire Tom Dye again for anything!
