All from memory (January 2016), I recall the workmanship and service level of Plumbing and Piping Systems were fine, but I recall the installation cost being quite higher than what I was expecting. I had already purchased the 50-gallon hot water tank on my own from Lowe's, and then needed someone to professionally install it. Just wondering out loud, I could see in the dead of winter being charged an installation premium in Michigan due to how cold it was outside, so that could have possibly came into play. As with most project services, it's typically best to receive more than one quote engaging several different providers and then comparing/contrasting what's best for you. In my case, I went with the first and just one provider because I felt pressed for time to get it fixed timely so we would have hot water again.
