First of all, Pleasant Plumbing was PUNCTUAL. This set them apart from all the other yahoos out there! Second, they were PLEASANT! This separated them from anyone I previously missed! Third, they were PROFESSIONAL! If I told you all other contractors we've dealt with were also professional, I'd be lying. Furthermore, Tom was a PROBLEM SOLVER! He had every chance to beat around a few bushes in our home, but chose to go one step further to root our CAUSES, and not just deal with EFFECTS. Last, but not least was PRICE. Tom was more than reasonable, especially when I kept coming up with "one more thing"..... When he left, we were completely at ease with the shower, drain, and toilet issues we no longer had. I only wish Tom did other types of contracting- my home alone would provide him with a new career! Just start and end your search for a plumber with pleasant Plumbing. My other thought is that while Tom has a son who helps him, the young man will never try to strike out on his own as the "PLEASANT-ER PLUMBER!"
