6 years ago, I had two major plumbing issues that Red Lilly handled professionally, and efficiently, taking into consideration that I was elderly and alone at the time and making sure I could remain in my home while they removed and replaced 60 year old root-filled sewer drains as well as replacing all of the horizontal drains under my cantilevered house. Until this Sunday, I had no need for further plumbing repairs. That day, my hot water heater stopped working and started leaking . I called Red Lilly and spoke to Michelle who offered to send someone out immediately. Since my hot water heater is pretty old, I decided to wait until Monday to have them obtain a new heater and bring it out for installation. They insisted on sending Cesar out to check to make sure I was asking for the proper heater and to prepare for the removal and installation. Cesar took one look at the problem, removed and replaced a flex hose that was leaking & checked out the unit thoroughly. He charged me for the house call and the hose, saving me hundreds of dollars instead of taking the easy way and just replacing the unit. This is typical of Red Lilly's work ethic.
