Who ever wrote those review are not a real people,it is Todd's friends or family.
I called him on the 15 th of February from some one who knows him well.I got call back only 2 and half weeks,he came to measure my kitchen I paid $100 and it was the last time I saw him.I called, tx, no respond for a 3 weeks.Them finally I schedule the appointment at ikea to choose the kitchen.The drawing he did for the kitchen absolutely different from what I was asking for.To cover up his mistake he sent designer Carol,sweet lady.He put her on the position that she has to apologize what he did and because he is extremely busy ,did not respond on his client calls.I am just saying.
After when Carol redid my plan, I called him,a week later tx him,another week,I sent him tx 4 messages today is 2 month I still did not get respond and my kitchen is falling a part.I called Carol,she offer me another installer, now I have to pay another $100 to measure my kitchen and be make sure that Todd did right measurement . Hopefully the soul of Todd Cannigham will show off some day !!!
When you choose this company be careful or before you want to remodel your kitchen,do "6 month before the christmas ;-) " !!!
