“We started working with Josh (Plum Legacy) before we even had a house and remodel project. We knew we wanted a older home with character, that we could also update and make our own, and Josh went out of his way to view several of the houses we were looking at. He helped us gauge the project level of the home and how that would work within our remodel budget. When we found the right property and decided on a full kitchen remodel, Josh understood our needs and what we could afford and he was able to give us exactly what we wanted. He is extremely helpful and attentive; always answering all of our calls and texts, and helping us work through various questions and decisions. Even with some unforeseen complications, notorious in older homes, Josh was always there to help guide us in the right direction and to make sure things turned out exactly as we wanted. I especially appreciated Josh’s patience and understanding with my level of attention to detail and pickiness. He never showed frustration or irritation, but instead always made sure we were pleased with the work. We now have a beautiful new kitchen that we love, and we are very thankful to have had such a solid team guided by Josh to make our vision come to life.”
