Tim answered our call immediately and was the most friendly and reasonably priced person we spoke to.
He worked very hard the first day trying to diagnose our sewer drainage issue. Realizing he had to come back the next day he was very honest about the amount of work we needed. It was very evident that whoever fixed the drainage before we bought the house had no clue what (s)he was doing.
Tim returned on time the 2nd day with 2 helpers who worked hard all day, searching for pipe issues and repairing the pipe. I didn't even see them take breaks.
It turned out that our magnolia tree had a root that grown to the diameter of the pipe, completely blocking flow and causing the 1961 terracotta pipe to bust in 2 spots. It took 2 days, 4 large holes, and a lot of snaking. But Tim finished the job in an timely fashion and charged the best rates in Pensacola.

Had a nasty plumbing problem and at wits end how to solve it. We have polybutylene piping that had bust under the slab and had just installed a tankless gas water heater. We contacted Tim and he was johnny on the spot. Great Service, as his name says extremely honest, reliable, and did not rake me over the coals with the cost. I will definitely keep his number handy and use him for future problems.
