Plumb Works' work was fine. He fixed some other items that the other emergency plumber left undone when we had the water heater replaced. I do not think they are the best value for the money, but we knew they would be reliable and that the company would be around if we had issues. I have a service contract with them and I probably wouldn't recommend that, as it seems to be a vehicle for them to point out costly upgrades that I could spend money on. But the repair itself was fine. The inspector was very complementary of the way the job was done.
