plumbing Buddy & Rooter

Do NOT us Plumbing Buddy & Rooter out of Ceres, CA. They work for the home warranty company, not the customer. I needed a shower valve cartridge replaced. They said home warrant co would deny the claim because the tile needed to be cut for access. I hired an experienced, honest plumber who replaced it in 15 minutes without cutting tile. Plumbing Buddy is a scam!

Notified me of arrival time and updated it as they traveled. Very clean professional. Beautiful work with install of a Moen Flo house shutoff valve in my garage. I would recommend.

Had the unfortunate experience dealing with this company because of our home warranty contract. It looks like that’s most of the work this shady business does. They came out 3 times and still have cold showers! They came either early or late each time (once when I was sleeping), walked through our home with dirty work boots and then lied about actually fixing the issue. This company is shady AF!!

This is specific to the company in Ceres CA. They were assigned through my warranty company for water heater repair job. Came to my home on Aug 9th. No response since then. I call and they forward my calls. I called warranty company yesterday, on 19th, 10 days after these guys did inspection. Warranty company said that the PLumbing company has not even submitted a report about the part that is needed. Warranty company tlked to Cynthia at Plumbing Buddies and Rooter and I was told to exepct a call from the company yesterday. NOBODY called me. I called the warranty company again today and exact same answer. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY & THESE GUYS.

The service was AMAZING! The team was professional, friendly, timely and HONEST. You got more than you paid for. This is the only plumbing service I will use moving forward for my primary home and rentals.

Zero stars. Didn’t fix anything even though they charged me. Unwilling to resolve issues. DONT USE THIS PLUMBING COMPANY.

My warranty company sent this business out to replace a water heater and to repair a gas line. The person who came out tried to roll both services into one and charge me to “modify” the line that was to be repaired. The warranty company covers both of these items separately. He kept insisting that once he modified it, at a cost to me of $240, it would no longer need to be repaired. I kicked him off my property. I called a different plumber to replace my water heater. The gas lines fit the new water heater perfectly. No “modification” of the line was needed. I have a different plumber coming out to address the gas line that needs to be repaired.

The tech thought he saw a stupid older woman that he could get over on. When I called the office, they didn’t want to hear that their tech was trying to rip me off. If they back techs trying to get over on women,! I certainly don’t want them anywhere near my house.

On time and very professional it took less than ten minutes to find my toilet problem and change the part.

I would have to agree with Jowara, Plumbing Buddy response time -great!! Better than that had me going with hot water in no time. Very professional,clean every little speck of dirt picked up you would never know they were there. Loved their work. Explained every aspect of the work they did and answered any question I had. When they left I felt they are the kind of people you would love to be friends with... Fantastic.. Thanks Again for a great job

Worked with Plumbing Buddy and Rooter Inc., came out on a Saturday, very professional, good price, very clean, and a job well done. They are definitely a great gig.
