This is one plumber who is reliable and will not charge you outrageous rates. I paid 75 dollars for him to come to my home and unclog my bathroom sink. I thought that was reasonable since that is what most others wanted just to come out and look at it. He is very funny and gets the job done quickly. We have used Jim many times and will continue to use him.
