I had a very bad experience with Max's plumbing. The Tech was suppose to install a new toilet in my master and guess bathrooms. I asked the installer: you are not going to spill any water on my floor are you?" He replied: "no, I'll drain every thing out" well he dripped water on my laminated floors from the back of my house to the front door. He wiped the water up which left streaks on my floors. The installer has an anger problem. He thought because I'm a female by myself. He wanted to charge me $349. To replace a flash. I called my nephew who is a plumber to ask him about the price. My nephew said that flash cost $25.00. When I asked him why he was charging so much. He became very angry. He started yelling and screaming at me and slamming thing around. Because I told him my nephew would change the flash when he comes to town. He slammed my door as he was leaving. I believe he needs anger management
