Very unhelpful. Had no information on the install they did on a water heater for one of our homes. Manager was dismissive and rude, in addition to not knowing what he was doing, and when I asked if they could provide me with the number for the manufacture of the unit they installed, because they wouldnt warranty their work, he rudely stated "yes, even though you could find it on the internet, its___" would not recommend. Look for a plumber/company that cares about customer service.
