Chris Martinez and Brandon Jones came out to conduct my annual New Standards plumbing system review. In reviewing any initial concerns or questions I had, Chris demonstrated professionalism, friendliness and courtesy as he patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. After completing his inspection and discussing current standings and potential needs, I received a reasonable quote for replacing my 20 year old water heater and installing a new PRV device for reducing and stabilizing my water pressure. Work was scheduled and completed the following day. I truly appreciate the customer service I received from Chris and Brandon. This is the second I have used the services of Plumbing Outfitters and would not hesitate in recommending them to friends and family for any plumbing needs.
