Josh and Matt came to my house quite late on a Saturday evening to check on my hot water heater. They did not want any payment for coming to see what the problem was. They would give me a free estimate and let me know if I needed a replacement or if the current hot water heater could be repaired. They came in very quickly and told me my hot water heater was kaput! But they showed me how they knew...they gave me an estimate and showed me how turn off the electric to the heater and the water to ensure that there were no over night leaks. Matt showed up a few minutes early the following Monday and before I could even park my car, he had my new hot water heater unpacked in the driveway ready to be installed. He did the job in 55 minutes making sure to clean up any water on the floor. Excellent job...I will call them again!
