Worst experience with a contractor I have ever had. I had a water line replaced from the manhole to the corner of the house. Maybe 25 feet. When they were finished the renters noticed they didn't have hot water. After going to the house I realized the hot and cold were backwards. I contacted Plumbing Today and was advised they would come out that upcoming week and they would contact the tenant to schedule. Month later the tenant asked about it. They never were contacted. I contacted the plumber and he gave no explanation on why it wasn't fixed and now wanted to charge a service call to fix it. After a heated conversation about the scope of work he finally agreed to fix it at no charge. Fast forward to now. I just stopped by the property and there is still an open trench in the yard. Dirt everywhere like they didn't even try to save the yard at all and broke the raised planter. I know the scope of work says "Not responsible for landscaping" but come on. a 20' open trench that is more than a foot deep and killed 50% of the front lawn. Terrible experience. This repair keeps costing more due to the plumber just not caring at all about the customer. I will never use him again.
