I can not recommend Paul from Plumbologist. Mistakes that he made cost us an additional $700 in incorrect equipment, TWO Failed city inspections, $1800 in additional electrical to fix problems he caused and put us a week behind for our grand opening. When we asked him to split the difference of the wasted equipment or do what was right and refund that cost altogether he refused. Overall terrible experience and even worse customer service.

My home warranty company had this company come to my home for a leaking water heater & 2 toilets that needed repair. The tech repaired the water heater & recommended a good company to do the drying out, however the toilet in the main suite still rocks back & forth, & the upstairs toilet was not touched. My home warranty company contacted Plumbologist & I was assured that I'd receive a call to set up a time to finish the work. No call has been forthcoming. Worst service in the universe.
