install a hot water heater

beware the plumber

He XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXered us into a 3800.00 hot water heater. The water pressure was poor after he installed it and we got less hot water than before the hot water heater we had broke. My husband has tried to call him repeatedly and there is no response. Today we spent 535.00 dollars to repair a broken tube and corrosion. The Bradford and White company refused to honor their warranty on a two year old product because the plumber screwed things on too tightly. Whatever, the product is poor and so is the plumber. Beware. Thanks to Riddell for fixing it.
